The Sky Under The Dome

In her most recent work, Mickey Myers introduces techniques for working in pastel that she has developed to deepen the richness and dimension of her skyscapes and landscapes. Included are pastels over acrylic on paper, monoprints, and pastel over monoprint. Selected works are displayed on this page, and links to recent review and an artist's statement are included.

Myers' new work was introduced in spring, 2004 at Green Mountain Fine Art Gallery, Stowe, VT in a one woman exhibition. While Green Mountain continues to exhibit selected pieces of Myers' new work throughout the year, other pastels will travel to group exhibitions in Vermont through 2005.
